📝 Assessment & Validation

At the end of this module, you will undergo a final evaluation including:

• 📚 A strategic governance case study (company case review + critical analysis).

• ❓ A quiz on KPI interpretation and decision-making processes.

• 🗣️ A strategic action plan presentation as a future NED.

• 🤝 A mentorship evaluation based on your involvement, posture, and overall understanding of responsibilities.

✅ A minimum score of 80/100 is required to obtain the NED Badge, the ultimate certificate of the IQ & WM program.
