This program combines training, acculturation, and evaluation, structured around three key pillars:
Understanding, adopting, and implementing the principles of sound governance, compliance frameworks, and transparent reporting mechanisms.
Participating companies learn how to structure their decision-making bodies, formalize internal processes, and align with the governance standards required before integration.
Strengthening the company’s structural and operational efficiency through enhanced strategic planning, priority management, and performance tracking.
This component equips leaders with the tools and indicators necessary to foster a culture of measurable results and continuous improvement.
Immersion in the values of transparency, sustainable impact, and economic cooperation that define the iCapital Ventures ecosystem.

At the end of the Pre-Certification Program, companies:
receive a personalized evaluation report,
obtain a behavioral and organizational validation,
and become eligible for Final Certification, leading to their operational integration within the iCapital Ventures ecosystem.
No technical or academic prerequisites are required. Access to the program is open to any company or structure wishing to: • Join the iCapital Ventures ecosystem; • Align with its governance and performance standards; • Engage in a structured process of increasing organizational and managerial maturity.
